It's that time again! 

 

CoAMP has had a tremendously successful 2014 and we are ready to wrap up the year with a smashing close and plan for an even more successful 2015!


WHAT A LINE-UP we have!!

Beginning at 3:30 we will have our Annual Meeting until 5:30 pm. MEMBERS ONLY are allowed to attend and listen to the Board to present the year-end synopsis from each of our Committees: Government Affairs, Education, Events, Membership, and Treasurer. 

We will have a special Government Affairs presentation covering their meeting with Corey Gardner and distribution of our PAC Funds.

TIME: 3:30 for MEMBERS. 5:30 NON-MEMBERS

At 6:00 pm CoAMP President, Adrienne L. Randol, CML will begin with the honoring the select few with the Annual CoAMP Awards ceremony.


Following awards, at 6:30 we will be educated on the Integrated Disclosures coming for our industry August 1st 2015, along with essential refreshers on QM/ATR and LO Comp. Presented by Gregg Kay of The Kay Law Firm:

 

About Gregg: He was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado in 1982; and was also admitted to practice in front of the United States District Court for Colorado and the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1982.Mr. Kay is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Arapahoe Bar Association.

In 2010 Mr. Kay again entered private practice when he started his own law firm.  His current practice concentrates on mortgage, real estate, banking, business entity formation and organization, administrative law and civil litigation.



We will then be entertained, motivated, and educated by Genworth's Steve Richman on the ever-important Millennial's... how to market them, work with them, and understand them! He will also provide "best practices" of how to be successful in all our sales endeavors.

Steve Richman is a national speaker who has energized, taught and motivated more than 100,000 professionals in every state in the U.S. After years of success as a litigation attorney, Steve entered the mortgage and real estate profession and has become an expert in the high LTV borrower market.  He has been a loan officer, account executive and manager of a mortgage operation.  Additionally, Steve has trained Real Estate professionals through state accredited continuing education classes on topics including Real Estate Negotiations, Understanding the Real Estate Contract and Making Settlement Simple.

Steve has spoken at several mortgage banker and broker association events and has presented before loan officers representing over 500 different lending institutions.
