Do you know your Regulators?
Every state licensed mortgage loan originator should know who regulates them and how they make their decisions.
Come see them in ACTION.
The Board (BMLO) meets bi-monthly and is a five-member board appointed by the Governor with consent of the senate. The Board includes three mortgage loan originators and two public members. The Board conducts rule-making hearings, makes policy decisions, considers licensing matters, reviews complaints and takes disciplinary actions against mortgage loan originators. The Board is also responsible for the registration of mortgage companies.
Their decisions and actions effect you and your business.
