Mike has been Underwriting for 10 + years and has been with Plains Commerce Bank/Windsor Mortgage for the last 4 years. Mike specializes in Conventional/FHA/USDA Underwriting and holds his VA credit credentials. Mikes approach to underwriting is to let common sense rule the day, meaning mortgage isn’t black and white and sometimes common sense has to come in to play to get the deal done!! His favorite thing about being in Underwriting is knowing that his efforts to find solutions are helping a borrower fulfill the dream of home ownership, or saving money on their home to allow for a better life!
