CoAMP is proud to announce that we are able to offer 3 classes to our members from the Land Title Association of Colorado. Please note that the timing for the classes varies. All classes take place at the Sheraton DTC on 4/7/23.
CLASS 1: SOLD OUT
Looking to Build your Brand and Differentiate Yourself to Increase your business? This is the class for you!
Branding Yourself! A Marketing Workshop
8:30am-11:30am - 1/2 day morning class
Cost: $100 - includes breakfast and lunch
In this class, we will discuss modern techniques that title agents can use to build their brand, differentiate themselves from the competition, and develop and implement a marketing plan. We will discuss social media, your Google presence, video content, email and website marketing as well as a live demo on Facebook’s targeted advertising platform. Attendees that manage their company’s Facebook page are encouraged to bring their laptops to follow along during the targeted advertising demo.
CLASS 2:
Managing people can be challenging. Be sure that you are equipped with the tools you need to handle conflict and build trust and productivity.
Leading Through Conflict Management Class
12:30-3:30pm - 1/2 day afternoon class
Cost: $100 - includes breakfast and lunch
In this class, we will explore the nature of professional conflict, its contributors and ways for leaders to productively resolve. We will discuss strategies like task delegation, goal-setting, the importance of giving and receiving feedback and building trust with your teams. Bring your stories! This will be a discussion-based class in which attendees are encouraged to participate using their own real-world examples.
CLASS 3:
Advanced Title Curative
8:30am-4:30pm - full day class
Cost: $180 - includes breakfast, snacks and lunch
Level II, III (6.5 credit hours): Identifying, understanding and navigating through common advanced title issues such as court orders; elder abuse; survey problems; beneficiary deeds; Series LLCs and bankruptcy.
